Cancellation Policy

At Thrive Medspa & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every patient.

To ensure we can accommodate all scheduled appointments, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Patients arriving significantly late may be asked to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting the schedule of other patients.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will do our best to accommodate emergencies whenever possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.
