This is my second time going to Thrive Medical Spa and Wellness. I won a raffle for Botox at the Haymarket Day last fall and received my first treatment in Oct. Now they have a client for life! The staff is so friendly and professional. Maryanna is the RN that did both my Botox sessions. She walks you through the whole procedure and is so calming if you are anxious about needles. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I am so grateful this place has come to downtown Haymarket! I've always loved this beautiful house, It's just as charming on the inside. The front desk staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Mariana is my go-to girl. She has a great eye and her recommendations are spot-on. Nobody ever asks me who my injector is.....but when they comment on my glow, or ask what I'm "doing".
