The whole atmosphere of the office is positive, everything feels so nice and clean, and the experience overall has been great every times. 10/10 recommend for all your aesthetic needs.

It was my first time time at the spa and the place was cozy and welcoming. I did the hydro facial - Fantastic. Then, they had a treatment I have been looking for. It was done with care and smoothness. The place is easy to get to and plenty of parking spaces available.

Thrive Med Spa is AMAZING! Spa is very quaint and clean and they make you feel welcome from moment you open the door. Maryann is best RN i have ever received facial services from. She consulted with me, understood my wants/needs/concerns, made suggestions and was amazingly gentle and thorough with her treatment. Then she insisted I come back to follow up so she could make sure I was satisfied! Can not recommend Thrive Med Spa highly enough!

I am so glad to have found this place! Somie is amazing, knowledgeable and her facials are the best (and I have had many over the years). My skin looks and feels better and I recommend her to everyone! Everyone at the spa makes you feel welcome and they are always there to answer questions. Love Thrive! I drive quite a bit out of my way to go there, but it’s worth the trip. They know what they are doing and have all the latest stuff available. Marianna does Botox/IPL for me and she is easy to talk to about what your goals are and what your budget is. I’m very glad I found Thrive.

First of all the staff are super friendly and welcoming and do what they can to make you feel comfortable. Marianna, who does a lot of the treatments, is the absolute best! She took the time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations based on that. During the treatment it was also obvious Marianna was quite skilled and I’m thrilled with the results. I had an amazing experience here getting lip filler! My injector was smart and did not push me to do more than I was wanting. She allowed me to gradually inject my lips doing the first half on my first visit and the second half two weeks later. I really appreciated this because I had never had filler before and it showed how dedicated she was to giving good results. I love my lips and love how natural it looks!

This is my second time going to Thrive Medical Spa and Wellness. I won a raffle for Botox at the Haymarket Day last fall and received my first treatment in Oct. Now they have a client for life! The staff is so friendly and professional. Maryanna is the RN that did both my Botox sessions. She walks you through the whole procedure and is so calming if you are anxious about needles. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I am so grateful this place has come to downtown Haymarket! I've always loved this beautiful house, It's just as charming on the inside. The front desk staff are always welcoming and accommodating.
